THE FULL DETAILS
A unique downtown Traverse City location and one of the only homes with views of Traverse Bay, Boardman Lake, the Boardman River and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Located directly on the Boardman River, enjoy 5-levels with a private elevator and private on-site parking, plus a small city park and walking/biking trails right outside your door.
The ground floor includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a game room, and a gym with rowing machine, weights, and other workout equipment. This level has a direct exit into the adjacent small park and to the Boardman River and walking/biking trails, a few feet away.
The main entry level includes a welcoming foyer, living room with gas fireplace, full wet bar (sink, fridge with icemaker, Keurig coffee, dishwasher, glassware), a 65" 4K HDTV with integrated sound system and a record player. This level also includes a private office with printer as well as a guest bedroom and full bathroom. The one-car private garage and additional free parking are accessed from this level.
The second level is the master bedroom with large HDTV, sitting area, master bath (3-head electronic temperature control shower & soaking tub), walk-in closet, outdoor private patio overlooking the river, and a laundry room.
The third level is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with gas range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine plus a dining room, outdoor patio with gas grill & seating, and half bathroom.
On the fourth floor is a small cupola-style space with 360 degree views and table-for-two seating to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, coffee, a good book, and views of the water.
Outside is a quiet boardwalk along the Boardman River, connected directly to the TART trail and miles of walking and biking trails. Over 50+ restaurants, retail shops, a movie theater, music venues and the beach are a few feet to a few blocks away.
